The Original Six Hockey League is a league dedicated to creating a fun hockey environment for people of all skill and experience levels. Whether you have some hockey skills and would like to improve or simply want to play hockey with friends and family, this is the place for you. We believe in providing a fun and safe recreational environment to enjoy the game we all love. This is a co-ed league that is non-contact, non-aggressive and friendly. If you are overly competitive and aggressive, this is not the league for you.

The winter league is comprised of ten co-ed teams with players of various skill levels on each team. Anyone 19 years and older can play. We generally play on Friday nights at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines but also have Thursday and Saturday games given that our home arena also hosts the Niagara Ice Dogs and special events.
