What is Lehigh Valley Ultimate?
Lehigh Valley Ultimate (LVU) focuses on growing the sport of ultimate frisbee and its community in the greater Lehigh Valley. Our membership ranges in age from 15 to 65 and our leagues welcome all skill levels from brand new to veteran players.
What types of leagues do we offer?

Draft – Players register individually. Team captains are selected by the league, and the captains draft their team from a list of all other players who have registered for the league.

Full (Bring your own team) – Team captains submit a full roster of individuals who want to play together.
 Hat – Players register individually. Teams are selected at random each week and change week to week.

How competitive is each league?

Casual – Expect a range of players from brand new to very experienced. These leagues generally have some emphasis on teaching rules, skills, and strategies.
