The IBC Recreation Outreach Ministry exists to display the Gospel of Jesus Christ through sports and recreation outreach. Our vision is that while competing, training, and enjoying sport and recreation, we will demonstrate our faith, share our hope, and exhibit the love that God has shown us through Jesus Christ while enjoying this common thread of sports in our society. Ultimately, our desire is for Jesus to get the glory from our gathering on the arenas of play, in addition to connecting all involved in either a deeper way or initially to Idlewild Baptist Church.
