Gather your friends, form a team, and stay active in one of our many year-round men’s, women’s, and coed adult sports leagues and events. Whether it’s casual or competitive, there is always an opportunity to get out, play, and have fun.
AH Parks & Recreation offers a variety of adult sports opportunities throughout the year. Many of our sports are locally modified rules and formats designed to make building your team easier with fewer players and shorter seasons. Most leagues are coed and only require 4 to 8 teams. Leagues may partner with local communities, Cheney and Medical Lake, to provide more Adult Sports opportunities across the West Plains.
