The Plex offers sports leagues for adult teams at The Plex North. The games are five-on-five, with a maximum of 12 players on the roster. Adult flag football leagues are divided up into three divisions: Men’s A (competitive), Men’s B (intermediate) and Men’s C (recreational). The primary day for activity for all adult flag football leagues is Sunday, with occasional matches on Monday, Wednesday or Saturday.
