Recreational Adult Team Soccer (RATS) is a non-profit, Seattle-based adult recreational soccer league.

RATS encourages team and player input in every aspect of its operation.  We appreciate the hard work and devotion the many volunteer managers put into creating and maintaining their teams and value any feedback they provide.

We welcome adult teams to play in one of our many divisions, from our highly competitive top divisions to our enthusiastic beginner divisions as long as all players understand and appreciate that recreational soccer is about fitness, camaraderie, personal improvement, and having fun.
