We are New York’s first official basketball league for the LGBTQIA+ Community. Since our founding in 2006, we’ve maintained and grown an athletic environment free from discrimination for members and friends within the LGBTQIA+ space. The PBLNYC strives to promote positive values in our community and continues to fight to eliminate any negative stereotypes associated with LGBTQIA+ athletics. Most importantly, the league is a fun way to meet great people in the community. With advanced and recreational divisions, there’s something for every level of player. Currently, we have two divisions. Division A is for competitive/advanced players and Division B is for competitive/intermediate players.
