The league is a mix of corporate-sponsored teams, groups of friends, and individual players. League members come from a wide range of industries and backgrounds, and we even have some well-known New Yorkers who haven’t given up their love of the game. Members’ ages range from recent college graduates to experienced players in their late 40s and 50s.
SKILL LEVELS
From Beginners to Advanced Players

Beginner: Fun league for those without recent experience playing organized basketball.

Beginner-Intermediate: Between Beginner & Intermediate.

Intermediate: Players have usually played in high school or other organized leagues.

Intermediate-Advanced: Between Intermediate & Advanced.

Advanced: Teams and players who have played in college/varsity high school.

How We Form Divisions & Teams

Both teams and individual players are placed in divisions based on their self-assessed skill level and position before their first season. Afterwards, all players and teams will be moved up/down a division based on their performance and their feedback on their experience.
