Northern California Field Hockey Association (NCFHA) hosts a long-standing fall season that is open to women of all skill levels. New players are drafted onto six existing teams that play from approximately September through December at UC Berkeley’s water-based pitch. In addition, players who are identified as All-Stars in the Fall participate in the Spring Invitational Series against other high-level players in the area. The winning team from this series is eligible to represent Northern California at the USFHL National Championship. There is also an over-35 masters division.
