The North Shore Thirty-Something Soccer League (NSTSWSL) began its inaugural season in 1992 and will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022! The league started with four teams from the North Shore and has grown to 12 teams, including four teams in the Over-45 division, playing non-competitive soccer year-round.
Our membership includes a broad spectrum of skill levels, from those who start with no experience to those who have played soccer for many years or even all their lives. The common denominator is a love of soccer emphasizing having a good time!

Our philosophy is to provide fun, fitness, and friendship to female soccer enthusiasts living on the North Shore. The NSTSWSL is the only recreational soccer league on the North Shore for women over thirty.

We welcome all levels of soccer skills and promote an all-inclusive environment that encourages fun, exercise, and soccer as a lifelong activity.

We have two divisions – Over-30 and Over-45. You must be 45 or older for the Over-45 division. However, you can stay in the Over-30 division for as long as you want.

Thirty-Something Soccer has been operating for 30 years, opening up a new world to beginners and providing an ongoing challenge to experienced players.

If you’re a woman who is thirty-something or beyond, live anywhere on the North Shore (our geography is defined from Deep Cove to Lil’wat – Mt. Currie), or work in North Vancouver, you can join our growing league.
