Metropolis Rugby Football Club is Minnesota’s premier and largest amateur rugby club. Metropolis currently fields multiple competitive and social sides. Notably, our men participate in USA Rugby’s Division 1 and Division 2, while our women (Valkyries) participate in USA Rugby’s Women’s Division 1 competition. We also boast a long history of competitive 7s and continue this legacy with multiple men’s and women’s sides.
