LEAGUE OVERVIEW
The LSC Adult League is formed as a recreational league in which adult co-eds of all ages 18+ can come together to enjoy the beautiful game. As a recreational league, all games are played as “friendlies” with the ultimate goal being fun and camaraderie, opposed to a win-at-all-cost atmosphere.

Seasons
There are three chances to play during the year, with our offered Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons!

Games
Depending on the number of participants, games are scaled at either 11v11 on full-sized fields or played 8v8 on U12 youth-sized fields. If playing on a full-sized field, there will be a 3-man referee crew who will uphold the Laws of the Game. If 8v8, a 2-man referee crew will be utilized. Games are played with two 30-minute halves and a 5-minute half-time. This will be decided based on average roster size at time of the pre-season Coach/Captain meeting.
