The Mid-Hudson Adult Hockey League offers adults at any skill level the chance to play ice hockey at a competitive level. Mid-Hudson Adult Hockey League is the Hudson Valley’s most popular adult co-ed ice hockey league in the region. In addition, the league is made up of approximately 30 teams. With so many teams available, each offers players ages 18 and up the ability to play at their individual skill level. Mid-Hudson Adult League plays at both IceTime Sports Complex in Newburgh, NY, and McCann Ice Arena in Poughkeepsie, NY. Each season, the league features professional management, skilled coaches, and a championship trophy game for each division. Finally, games and practices are held one to two times a week. The season ends with playoffs and a championship game.
