Our adult swim lessons fit the needs of all swimmers. Whether you’re just starting out or want to improve your technique for your next triathlon, we offer lessons to fit all skill levels and designed to meet your goals. Sessions include four classes. Adults have complimentary access to Open Swim during the time they are enrolled.
Beginner Adult
Our adult swim class is for people 16 years or older who have little to no prior experience with swimming. The goal of this swimming lesson for adult beginners is for our students to be comfortable jumping into the water, turning around, grabbing the wall, and successfully completing a two-minute tread and back float. Adults will learn to swim 20 meters without equipment, using windmill or freestyle arms and rollover breathing.

Advanced Adult
Advanced adult swim lessons with Diventures are for students at least 16 years of age who can jump in, turn around, grab the wall, tread for two minutes, and comfortably float on their back for two minutes. Goals for the adult swim training class include a five-minute tread without using any buoyancy device, a 40-meter freestyle swim, and a 40-meter backstroke.
