Denver Black Ice Women’s Rugby Football Club (WRFC) is a Division 1 and Division 2 women’s rugby team in the Rocky Mountain Rugby Football Union. Established in 1991, Black Ice is the longest-standing women’s rugby club in Colorado. We are proud to have competed in Division 1 rugby for over 30 seasons and are regarded as an integral part of the Denver rugby community. For more than 30 years, Black Ice has boasted competitive players from across the country, in addition to having a strong side for beginners and rookies to rugby. Players of all experience levels are welcome and encouraged to take part in the inclusive, fun, and competitive culture of Black Ice Women’s Rugby.
