New Orleans’ largest, best, and most affordable adult soccer leagues for all levels of competition or recreational play. We have 6v6, 7v7, and 11v11 leagues with average 15-week seasons playing throughout the year, as well as special tournaments, local school leagues, and social events. Whether you were a college superstar or are interested in newly getting into the game, we have a spot for you! Join us with a team or as a free agent.
Competition Levels

Competitive Leagues

Competitive leagues provide a bit more of a challenge and require a soccer background. The leagues are numbered in terms of competitiveness, with 1 being the highest. Teams that win their division will be promoted to the division above them.

Recreational Leagues

Recreational leagues are for anyone looking to get out, exercise, or just have fun without the intensity and competitive atmosphere. Unless a league is specified as competitive, it is meant to be recreational and fun.

Coed Leagues

Coed leagues have a requirement for a minimum number of ladies on the field.
