The CVYSA recognizes that the desire to play the game of soccer does not end when a player turns 19. We also recognize that our coaches, volunteers, and parents can learn a lot about the game by actually playing it. The purpose of the Cedar Valley Adult Soccer Association is to promote and foster the game of soccer at the adult amateur level in Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and surrounding Iowa communities. The CVASA carries out its purpose by sponsoring recreational and competitive soccer teams for adults, allowing them to further their knowledge of the game through play. We actively encourage players to share that knowledge by acting as referees, coaches, and volunteers for area youth leagues.
