CYC Rowing typically offers one Learn to Row class each year. This course is intended to be an introduction to the sport. Our goal is to enable you to row in a 4 or 8 person rowing shell using one or two oars (sweep rowing and sculling). You must be able to swim and perform the rowing motion without pain or injury. On an exception basis, should you need to do one or the other, please include that request (and the reason) in your response. The weekend schedule will be Thursday evening registration, safety and land instruction. Saturday and Sundays will be on the water.
