We provide children and adults with physical disabilities and visual impairments opportunities for health, recreation, and competition through sports. Our programs endeavor to improve the quality of life for those experiencing disabilities. Through sports and recreation, we are opening doors to healthy lifestyles and supporting the development of essential life skills, including self-confidence, grit, and resiliency. Adaptive Sports Northwest offers and supports adaptive team and individual sports. ASNW welcomes athletes of all physical abilities, those looking to play at a recreational level, and those training for Paralympic competition. In addition to practices, we offer annual clinics in many of our sports, bringing top coaching talent to our community. The clinics allow our athletes to develop, learning technique, drills, and skills, and our incredible group of local volunteer coaches to grow their knowledge of the sport they coach. As a Paralympic Sport Club, Adaptive Sports Northwest is recognized by Team USA as a community partner, providing local sports programming for individuals with Paralympic-eligible impairments.
