Richmond, Virginia’s own women’s flag football team, 804 Mafia, is an 8-woman competitive contact flag football team. We are currently recruiting players and coaches to add to our Mafia Family. We are looking for team-oriented players willing to learn. 804 Mafia was established in the fall of 2022, playing in the Coast Women’s Flag League (CWFL). Our goals are not only to compete at the highest level but also to teach and grow the love of women’s football, offering an opportunity for women of any age to play flag football and expand their knowledge of football. Women on our team come from all walks of life, all age groups, and all athletic abilities. If you are willing to learn the game, we can teach you all you need to know to be successful with the MAFIA!
